I had a great experience here! The office was able to get me in very quickly, which my tooth very much appreciated! Everyone was incredibly punctual and organized from start to finish. They called ahead to confirm my appointment, let me know to arrive early to complete paperwork, and provided me with an estimate beforehand. After I paid, they also made sure I knew that depending on how my insurance processed the claim, I could potentially receive an additional bill in the mail, which I appreciated knowing upfront. Dr. Kemper was great! He explained what he was doing throughout the procedure and what I could expect to feel, which made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. The entire experience was pleasant, and I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening. They also let me know they would be sending my updated X-rays to my general dentist, so everything felt very well coordinated. They were also incredibly quick without ever making the appointment feel rushed. I arrived a little before 7:40am and by 8:19am I was already back in my car driving home! While the process and procedure for my daughter's root canal in September 2025 was smooth and professional, we were slapped with a $700 bill 9 months after we were told that we were paid in full on the day of the procedure (which is a requirement of the office). When I called the office to inquire about it, I was told that it was an insurance estimate at the time. We were not made aware of this and were led to believe that the total out of pocket cost we paid at that time (which was already $500) was the total with insurance.

I was in immense pain due to a cracked tooth. I called Root Canal Specialist and explained my situation. The earliest available appointment was the next day, and they scheduled me promptly. Unfortunately, because the pain became unbearable, I had to cancel and see another endodontist. I wasn’t fully satisfied with that visit, so I called Root Canal Specialist again to book for the following day. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and empathetic — they understood my condition and offered me a same‑day appointment. That’s when I met Dr. Michael Hembrough. He is an exceptional doctor. He took the necessary scans, clearly explained the situation, and walked me through all the available options. We decided to proceed with a root canal. He was extremely thorough in his work. The procedure took about an hour, which made sense because the molar he worked on had four nerves to clean. Throughout the entire process, he kept me comfortable and checked in with me often. His experience truly shows. Even the local anesthesia was painless — his technique is that precise. He made sure the area was completely numb and performed the procedure with great care. Just had a root canal procedure completed. Dr. Kemper and his staff were phenomenal! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great staff, equipment, and service. No pain or issues (so far), but highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Jack!

there’s nothing fun about root canals but i have to say i was impressed with my experience. I am a veteran and for starters they accept VA so i had no out of pocket costs. also Dr Kemper was cleared for 2 root canals but he spared me one that did not need to be done so that alone speaks volumes of his character. a lot of easy kind and gentle care made it painless. He explained everything as he did it. They was not overbooked and was able to take his time and to a great job. i’m happy i found this place.. 5 star all the way
